Pwned how? The Clones will be dealing with fiendfyre, Anakin will be sensing danger from all directions, how does evade it? He cant run, he cant attack all the wizards at once, what can he do? Seriously, consider it, where can he run? How does he defend against attacks coming from 20-30 wizards?

As soon as they apparate he lets out a scream that could even shake the stupid out of your head. An omni-directional, unblockable scream that pwns them hard.

Funny, the force scream was shown only having an effect in that one room, and that was affter he discovered Padme had died. Judging by movie feats, Anakin can only do it when seriously pissed off or while going through serious emotional trauma. He will be killed in seconds, how is he gonna do that?

Well, he's also done it in the EU, collapsing a building with his scream. And Anakin after the injuries he sustained was actually temparerally weaker than he had been, owing to his large loss of mediclorians and trauma, so no, he has the power to do it anytime he wants.
And its a sonic based attack. It's only limited to how much sound is.
