yes. I'm quite familiar with kryptonian physiology and attributes and I have yet to see a statement that would support their being immortal with the presence of a sun. I would love to see some hard evidence.
Here ya go
In Superman: Where Is Thy Sting? (which could also have been called Death: Nyah Nyah Nyah), the Man of Steel becomes a plaything of the Grim Reaper. It seems that Death has gotten tired of sitting around his pad waiting for the page that never comes concerning the Kryptonian's final demise — "It's a frustrating job," says Death, who clearly isn't bike-messenger material. To enjoy some satisfaction in the meantime, Death torments Superman with visions of his life through the End of Time, as everything that the hero knows and loves passes by. Death's aim? An acknowledgement of its power, even over the effectively immortal Superman.

i kinda tend to agree with star scream.. aside from time travel alternate futures nothing seems to suggest that kryptonians are immortal due to a sun.
the only one that seems to show this is future superman not sure it should be taken as canon...
also other versions of superman did age considerably.. look at Kal-L or Kingdom Come Future.. he Aged considerably. we also dont know what if any outside circumstance may have allowed for supes immortality. i mean he is not the only kryptonian to exist yet he is the only one to still alive?
like i said not canon, only possible futures and it should not be used since there are possible outside circumstances.

Wrong.

you are using a graphic novel that is not canon.. unless you are saying graphic novels count as canon history?i am not wrong.
Superman One Million is going to be in Superman Batman very soon, though.
Also, it was canonically stated that Superman would at least live to the years of the Legion, though he'd be an old man. The grey hair in Kingdom Come and the like its pretty inconsistent.
Superman did once live 1000 years without ageing too...

like i said we dont know any history of superman one million to account for it.
that's like saying Steven Strange is immortal and made it to 5 thousand years in the future b/c we saw him in the guardians of the galaxy storyline and by extension human magicians are immortal...
massive fail...

i haven't read the comic yet.
and no, it isn't the same thing.
also, where did i say he was immortal?
i'll concede that he will be long lived to a point but, would require outside factors to even reach the one million lvl BS..
i'll extrapolate from the kingdom come apparent aging of Kal-el as well as Kal-L that Clark might naturally live a few hundred years give or take b4 dying without outside factors.

except he was canonically stated to live thousands of years, not hundreds. it over-rides kingdom come.

Emphasis on "apparent". In Kal-L's case the only real change was cosmetic and in the case of KC Superman he was more powerful than ever and showing no signs of slowing down.
