...it’s literally been shown repeatedly that 100,000% for him is the same as 100% for a regular lantern. Which makes sense. But it didn’t stop him from repeated Ls to a lot of people

It's been shown once that he can amp to 100,000% when the need arises, and he outright told the Guardians that he doesn't senselessly squander his energy like they do. He conserves it when possible(which makes sense considering he is obviously the most greedy being in the universe.)

Again, 100,000% is NOT the level he operates at on a day-to-day basis. It IS, however, a level he could operate at in a forum battle.
