Sean Connery was smart

And no cared about a scotsman playing a spaniard.

I cared. 🙁 Though Connery was great.

A Spanish Egyptian, at that.

And Christopher Lambert who was a french actor

but besides these silly things yeah it was a good movie.

Ahhh but at least they attempted to address that.

Cop: "You talk funny, Nash... Were are you from..?"

Nash/McLeod:"Lots of different places"...

And looking back on his artifacts, and in the WW2 flashback, the movie alludes to McLeod having spent some time in France that century, and maybe for a while before that too...

The second Highlander movie is good if you get the directors cut where it does'nt mentioned nothing at all them being aliens.

Yeah I remember HL2 the 1st version as being a great evil of film making.

The worst.

Planet Zeist.... tsss.... Zeist is a small provincial boring town in my country. That certainly didn't help.

Yes that was screwup number one

*shudder*

Well, that and the 'there can be only one' and more show up...

*Remembers and puts gun in mouth*

Just watch the first one.

The was only the 1st Higlander.... "There can be only one"

Exactly.

The rest was just a salary for a very limited actor called Christopher Lambert.

He acts? 😮

I gave him some credit... he did entertain us in Greystroke and Highlander... and the stopped.

Did you not like "Fortress"?

Err... no. Did you?

I remember enjoying it at the time... t'was many years though since I saw it.

He was a good Raiden in the Mortal Kombat movie.

Maybe Raiden was just a good Christopher Lambert...
