Storm blocks out the sun leaving Dr Light powerless then procceds to behead her. Storm takes this with ease. Taking away Storms vision wont do shit since she can see on electromagnetic frequences.

Yes she is. Female Dr. Light's powers dont work in absolute darkness, Storm blocks out the sun and makind Kimiko's powers nigh-useless then sucks out the air in her lungs.
So what if Arthur took on the Teen Titans...did they have anyone like Storm on their team? No. Arthur's powers work differently from Kimiko's so Storm, flash freezes him or drowns him.
And lol at the Dr's being Low Herald. I dont think you know hwat a low herald can do. A low herald can destroy a planet or life wipe, neither of which the Dr's can do. Kimiko hurting Anti-Monitor is PIS like all people under Superman level damaging him are.

Storm is earth, you need to have some HAXX abilities like Iceman or Silver Surfer to even take on Storm.
Storm is one of the only people on Marvel Earth that can take on Magneto alone.
Storm controls all the EARTH. What are the Dr's going to do when the whole planett they are on is against them?
And yes Storm can turn on a hurricane and tsunamis with a thought, because her bond with the earth carries out her will.
Silver Surfer who would rape both Dr Lights with ease has trouble with Storm.
And Kimiyo's powers dont work in ABSOLUTE Darkness and are dampened in the dark, I suggest you read up on her.
