And yes Storm can turn on a hurricane and tsunamis with a thought, because her bond with the earth carries out her will.

Silver Surfer who would rape both Dr Lights with ease has trouble with Storm.

And Kimiyo's powers dont work in ABSOLUTE Darkness and are dampened in the dark, I suggest you read up on her.

Juggernaut would utterly beat the shit out of Storm and she can't even do a thing to him and Surfer is above Cain.

Storm can't take Magneto, she's lost like every single time.

Juggernaught=Surfer=>Thor. Surfer can only beat him with telepathy. Physically Juggernaught has them trumped. But that is off topic. What Juggernaught going to do when Storm in in the upper atmosphere and Storm sends a Flash flood at him? Wait to try and get her back in about 5 years. Spiderman held up Juggernaugt in concrete for 6 months, Strom can put him in the bottom of the Ocean for the same amount of time.

Surfer can't kill Cain. BFR doesn't mean you are stronger. Blink can BFR remove Cain it doesnt make her greater.

Can Cain swim? No. Strom leaves him at the bottom of the ocean. Remeber he was buried under ruins for years. Spidey fight wasn't PIS. Spidey didn't beat him physically. He dodged all his punches which he can, and outsmarted him which he can. Its not PIS

Collosus is made out of METAL and METAL conducts electricity, use your head. Apsrt from that Strom has flash frozen him in his metal form before and he couldn't get out

Doom can beat her because high level magic is HAXX also he is a genius and could build something to **** with her powers

Hercules is not Thor, Storm sucks the air out of his lungs or flash freezes his insides or drowns him.

Alot of people could beat Storm if they can hit her, and all the people you mention but Magneto or Doom can hit her without PIS

Strom may not able to put him down permanatly(debateable)but not many can.

The reason Hulk "handles" those people is usually PIS. SS and Sentry should easily speedblitz him and win, but because of PIS and CIS they don't
