Hmm he's strong but Storm could take on the those Teen Titans herself. Just flash freeze them or flash flood them. Storm could easily life wipe a planet if she felt like.

Arthur would be a challenge since his powers work differently from Kimiko's.

Half of the Titans would blitz her before she can even comprehend what was going on. Her glass jaw would be her major downfall if she were to come up against a majority of DC's powerhouses.

Starfire has withstood the Astro Force and survived. Storm wouldn't leave a scratch.
