Better be f'n epic. I've already quit on the franchise. They don't have the balls to make a decent Logan movie.

I want this to work. I really do. But unless creative influence is completely given to a creative director I see trash eventuating.

Apparently, there is speculation concerning when the movie takes place in relation to the other X-Men films and may directly be involved in some way to the Days of Future Past First Class sequel.

looks clearly like the comics, but will wait to confirm when more photos come out.. still think a better actor be the samurai though

Harada's armor looks great in that snapshot. Very faithful to comics.

With Viper i find it strange

Perhaps. It doesn't jibe with the previously released photo of Jackman with the adamantium claws. Maybe it's just the way the writer misleads us with the history - he thinks the Japan miniseries in 1982 by Claremont & Miller took place before he joined the X-Men, when it was clearly during it. So the whole article could be full of holes.

Almost certainly. We've already seen set photos of WW2 era Japanese internment camps. I think the movie is borrowing from the BKV Logan miniseries for the flashbacks, placing Wolverine in Japan during the war, maybe giving him a reason to go back for the Claremont mini.

He would have too. A light saber samurai mutant with incredible skill against a savage Adamantium fist clawed beast is a fight I really want to see displayed in its full grandeur.
