Why would she be peeing more this early in the pregnancy? That's caused by pressure of the baby on the bladder... It'd just be a bunch of cells atm.... In fact, it's too early for most symptoms.
It's sounds more likely to be diabetes... But what do I know, I'm not a doctor.... Which you could go see?

Just take the test and get it over with. Hell they're like 99% accurate so buy 2 or 3 to make you feel better if you think they're inaccurate.
