LOTR RP Game part 1- Journey to Fornost

William backs up to Vardalain's position. "I'm ready to defend you, Master Elf. I'm quite a good shot for a Hobbit..." He fires more arrows at the Orcs from afar, not wanting to be sliced or squashed into jelly...

Talin backs away from the spear-wielding Orc. "Back to the shadows with you!" he growls as he hacks down on the spear.

Aranui backs back a bit, and then starts fireing arrows at the main big orc

Palanfirith takes his shot.He concentrates on the shot,aims slowly not rushing,and fires an arrow at the main big orc.

Aranui, you have no chance. Pressed in melee, when you step back and draw your bow a spear gashes through your leather and cuts along your side. The one that sliced you draws back to thrust again...

No chance of a shot at that orc from where you are, Palanfirith.

The large orc and his two bodyguards enter the melee. Almost immediately, one of the defenders has his head staved in by a vicious blow from the ball and chain.

Vardalain, you are about to be overwhelmed...

Talin, the orc in front of you now has a broken stick instead of the spear he wanted.

vardalain analises the situation and suddenly bursts running into a nearby building. he climbs all the way to the roof, making sure noone followed him. From there he should have a clear shot at the big orc. He fixes an arrow in his bow, aims and shoots.

It kind of fell apart at the making sure no-one was following you part- because two goblins have done so and now no-one is around to help you.

I see the goblins running after vardalain and shoot after one of them insteed(if they are still outside and didn't entered the building)
(if they are in the building)I pull myself up and try to reach the building where vardalain entered as soon as I can.I pull out the knifes when I'm at the entrance.I want to take them by surprize cause they didn't saw me comming.

vardalain, seeing the pursuiters points the orc prepared bow towards one of them and unloads the arrow fully into one's chest. He quickly back's up and seeing that he has no time to prepare another arrow he draws his sword.

They are in the building, and Dexx, they caught you well before your bow was ready.

Palanfirth, the pigs they have here will probably me more dangerous than you in your state!

Can be if you want to die. BTW, those knives aren't throwing knives.

seeing the aproachin goblins, vardalain draws his sword with a hand and with the other he grabs a little powder from one of his bags. It's a cure but he knows it does not feel good in the eyes, so he quickly blows it in their faces.

(ok.then cancel my last move.I'm still with my back on the other building,laying down,with my bow streched,waiting for a clear target 🙂 )

Let's see if I can sucker this goblin
I back out of the way a bit, keeping my eyes open, and leaving an opening in my defence to my left. intentionaly when the goblin wants to trust with his spear, I take a side step (diagonal) to evade the spear, with my free hand I grape the spear, and I slash at the goblin with my sword

Anglomir sees Vardalain being overwhelmed. "Ack! This is looking bad Aranui..." Anglomir slashes his sword a few more times, and then takes out a throwing knife. He throws it as accurately as possible at one of the Orcs attacking Vardalain after running into range.

Talin swings his axe again, aiming for the Orc's gut.

Zeratul, you grapple with your orc, which is a strong one. He almost throws you backwards, but you manage to slice at him with your sword- though still he grapples on!

Anglomir, Vardalain is inside a building. Which is kind of his trouble.

I am afraid your powder has little effect, Vardalain. The lead orc swings at you with his axe...

Talin, you hit your orc square in the stomahc, and it keels backwards with a guttaral cry.

Talin then parts the dying Orc's skull with his axe. 😈

A moral here about getting on the wrong side of a Dwarf...
