(i have four midterms this week. and yes, it's past 2 a.m. and YES i am currently, desperately, trying to cram everything i need to know for stats tmrrw.) >.<!

You are too close to him for a decent swing now, Vardalain. And this guy is strong...

Magically, I suspect Finuvien will spring into life once the holidays come...

Ok, i attempt a stab then.

If you can't swing with your sword, Dexx, you sure as heck can't stab; that needs MORE room! His body is in the way of the point.

(what room do i need to stick the tip of my blade into him?)
anyway.
Vardalain tries to attack his face with his bare free hand.

You need him to be not grappling with you!

In the struggle, the two of you roll off the walkway and down onto the floor below...

in the combat vardalain tries to take advantage of his fast moves to hit his attacker, face level. He looks at how far his sword might be lying next to him, planning for recovering it.

Talin heads to help Vardalain.

By jumping down, Rex, or pushing past Mah?

Mah, your opponent aims a quick slash to your face.

I am going to start, if I am making a big mistake, please let me know!
Also, something of curiosity, can my Hobbit character be adventurous? outside of the Hobbit blood I know, but it makes her unique, it was the way that i created her, if not, I understand! just tell me!

A small hobbit paced back and forth upon the rich green grass of Crick-hollow, she was bored, she wanted to do something of the adventurous sort, though nothing came to mind right away. She gripped her sword handle tightly and began to fight with herself. The wind gently rustled in the leaves of the elms and other trees, as her curly, black, shoulder length hair subtlely swayed. Razlynn's mind still didn't settle as the days seemed to stagger and drag. She patted her ponie's back and talked to him as if he'd understand.. " Lenley, I crave action and adventure. " her eyes swept over the quiet town, shadows had begun to appear upon it. " I need to get out of here. " She gave Lenley a small apple, then walked slowly back into her Hobbit-hole

*Aniica walked up to Palenfirth.*

What can we do to help them? I mean, we have to do something.

Jumping down.

btw, Razlynn. Thanks for your interest, but you have to post character descriptions and get a formal entrance into the game with Ush. Ask him for more.

yeah,of course we must help them...I thought I'd make a distraction and all of you would pass the guards from the gates and you could help them. What do you think?

Aranui ducks under the slash and swings his sword at the waist of the foe.

Right then, Talin, you have jumped down behind the guy wrestling with Vardalain.

Aranui, your opponent tries to twist out of your way but you get a nasty slash across his stomach. In return, he hacks back down and a half-slash tears into your left arm.

You guys outside can see that orc scarpering, btw. And you had better do something soon...

If you want to read all the relevant gumf and get back to me, Razlynn, you would be welcome aboard...

After Aranui is hit he strikes at the head of the stumbling opponent.

Vardalain continues his struggle with the dunlending.

He's bigger and sttronge rthan you, Vardalain. He is pinning you down, Saving Private Ryan style...

Aranui, your sword clashes viiously with the Dunlending's, causing sparks to fly. Both of you wouded, you press home hard at each other... he attempts to use his superior strength to force you back.

palanfirth, i believe that if we wish to divert these dunlendings attention from the tower, we will have to fight them. i will shroud this field in mist -- hopefully it will at least give us the benefit of some measure of surprise. it will also conceal our positions for a while.

(ok so i can't remember if we ARE on a field or not...so please don't tear me apart if we're not. *LOL* i'm really stressing over midterms right now!)

Talin sinks his axe into the back of the Dunlending attacking Vardalain.
