Jurassic World (2015)

Watched this movie today. It is much better then JP2 and JP3.

Does it take place after the events of JP2 and 3? Or does it pretend that they didn't happen? Or does it not bring them up at all?

Wished I hadn't read. Got my tickets for tonight... lol

Id give it a solid 8/10, great sequel to Jurassic Park. A couple things I didn't like but mostly minor gripes and don't really hurt the movie for me at all.

Was pleasantly surprised that Chris Pratt wasn't doing a chris pratt throughout the film, he was humorous when needed and serious the rest of the time and Bryce Dallas Howard wasn't the annoying character I thought she was going to be either.

Was great up until the end. That ending was just terrible. 😐

The mosasaur in this movie is a freakin kaiju, not the real thing.

I don't really care about that (although it was mildly stupid). What I hated seeing was the Raptor and T. Rex (and kinda the Mosasaurus) team up against the I. Rex. It was basically fan fiction. Hell, at one point the Raptor was literally riding the T. Rex. 😂 So damn hokey. And then having the Mosasaurus pop up out of "no where" was damn cheap.

just got back from seeing this.. it's a fun thrill ride.... i liked it a lot...

ha i liked the ending! That fight was pretty awesome. The I-rex was awesome. BAdass asf

Thoroughly enjoyed it. It's visually impressive and a thrilling homage to the original film. It was cast well and was probably better than Spielberg would have done himself (I'm sadly reminded of Kingdom of the Crystal Skull).

So early number seem to indicate this will make more than AoU opening day. Insane! 😱

Was talking about the battle. Although, thinking about it, I've come to appreciate it more. I'll be seeing this again Sunday. So who knows? Maybe by that time I will enjoy it.

I'm going to see it again as well. In IMAX 3D
