You are completely making shit up. Notice how he was talking about he needed to heal? Notice how when the women got gunned down his HF increased which enabled him to heal in time and kill the guys?
You mean the way he regularly heals from gunfire? He had to keep moving, and get the adrenaline flowing, in order to increase his healing factor from the relatively calm state it was in when he was gunned down by surprise. There is no statement that his healing factor is faster than it normally is in a fight.

Yes of course he was thats why the guy was waving the godamn stick and talking to him about how hard it is to get blackthorn. You can see there was a real sense of urgency that Wolverine was going to get up. Hell look at Wolverines face, but you'll probably tell me that Wolverine looks like that because he was pissed.
He knocks down Wolverine, Wolverine looks at who knocked him down, by the third panel he's starting to get up when he's hit (check out their positions, Atheist is too high up for Wolverine to still be on his back,) and by the next page, when Atheist goes to finish him off, he's recovered.

Now you're just being ridiculous. If somebody can knock you to the ground to the extent you have some difficuly getting up because you're stunned they obvoulsy have the ability to KO you.
Maybe a boxing KO. He was nowhere near unconscious at any point, to suggest otherwise is what's ridiculous.

Wrong! Wolverine was knocked down, Punisher had time to reach for his knife talk and run over there. Wolverine was not up immediately.
Punisher kicks Wolverine, says a single sentence, attacks from above (we don't see Wolverine on the ground, or what the distance between them was, and Punisher is taller than Wolverine,) and when We finally see Wolverine's position, he's standing up. He was not stunned.
