We have an on panel statement backing my case up. You have the same terminology used most likely by two different writers while your scan was another example of a blast from his eyes that would erase you rather than a scan of him using energy blasts from his hands to erase someone.

The difference is that Flash has introduced this tactic recently... not spread '4' times over a 40 year span. Even if four times is the real number, it's the same as the Godblast... it's not being used.
