I'm not saying it's the equal of the Godblast. It was stated by Superman himself, in a roundabout way, and can actually be argued as being his most powerful attack, though.
Godblast is not really the same kind of thing, in that it's more a hail mary than a valid tactic in most fights.
Really how far was that galactus above herald level? a weak galactus got punked by two planets colliding. and thor didn't kill galactus, he just drove him away. breaking galactus's armor has been accomplished by beta ray bill with no godblast needed. is BRB beyond herald? really, i think too much is made of this incident.
