Not PG Thor but he did fight Warrior Madness Thor...the same one that ran through Surfer and his crew. PG Thor wasn't that far off from Warrior Madness Thor.

it's hard to say just how amped the pg made him. its effects were somewhat inconsistant and mostly plot driven

Not really, with what we know of the Power Gem. All the characters Champion beat with it, for one, and how She Hulk overcame him by talking him into giving it up.

Especially with stuff like The Hand knocking Rulk out.

I was going over certain Thanos appearances, and in Annihilation, he just wasn't that impressive. Please people go back through that series, and rate Thanos from the writers perspective, and not from a fans perspective. Thanos is tough, but against a true powerhouse he would need to rely very heavily on tech, and that makes the Hulk his physical superior.
