How could he be in a fixed tier when his power fluctuates? At case I agree he certainly is a top tier, but that does not stop him from becoming more powerful, whereas Thanos has a limit. The Hulk has none. This is not my opinion, but a fact that has been mentioned in more comics than you would want to shake a stick at.
Whatever the level the Hulk was on in IH's 634, was still not his limit, he could have taken it up higher. This is fact not opinion.

I not sure that accurate statement at all. His powers fluctates based on anger, which means his placement would fluctate. Also have you seen current Hulk? He KO red Hulk with a Thunder clap, among other absurd feats.

Fist fight or not Thanos operates on a higher level
Can you tell me what level he operates on that outdoes the level that the Hulk was operating on? Go back and pick apart Thanos' past runs, and you may be freaked to find that its not as high a level as you may imagine, or want it to be. Just remember that Skreet survived the explosion of a gas giant as well without any shields... should I believe that she would dust the Hulk as well?

What level do you think that the Hulk can operate on after finding out that during his entire WW Hulk run, that he was holding back? Was this a mere Herald level being that was capable of turning the Dark Dimension into a shanty? WW Hulk, World Breaker Hulk are both the same incarnation.

I was going over certain Thanos appearances, and in Annihilation, he just wasn't that impressive. Please people go back through that series, and rate Thanos from the writers perspective, and not from a fans perspective. Thanos is tough, but against a true powerhouse he would need to rely very heavily on tech, and that makes the Hulk his physical superior.

WWh isn't just a brick. Especially since we have witnessed cosmic energy emitting from his body that was strong enough to knock an elite top tier off of him and throw Wendigo off of him. He also have other showings that proves he is more than just a brick and by the way, Hulk possess super speed as well. Anyone with speed shouldn't be as much of a threat as you all are making out to be.
