It's over 9000!!!!!!!

A lot of people ask who the strongest Star Wars character was or why, and the flawed imperfect answers often make me feel either smart or stupid, stupid for being alone in my genious, and I think it's time I shared my knowledge of the Force, observe kids.

It's not necessarily a question of feats, displays of power or force sensitivity, it's whoever had possession of the most force energy at any given point in time in the canon history of the Galaxy. And the answer is not who you'd think, in fact, it's a Sith Lord who doesn't really listen to the innumerable warnings given by his elders as much as his own stomach as it were, this results in his death, kind of, it's complicated. (NO ITS NOT ANAKIN!)

To build suspense I'm going to let you guys guess who it was before giving you the answer and exposing the plethora of evidence to back it up.

I hope you are as excited as I am! READY! SET! GUESS!!!

It was Luke Skywalker. Q.E.D.

It was Darth (my)REVAN.

My character in star wars galaxies, of course, you ****s. it was named bandon9000666777158278669696696 and had epic oozing from every pore and body cavity.

Nemesis and I approve.

Tell us already!!!

Nemesis is right on this one.

It's Revan isn't it? Just say it's him and I won't shout at you.

It was actually Darth Nihilus. There are three ways to grow stronger in the force, normally a Jedi will train, this transfers the midi-chlorians in their bodies into raw force energy. Another way is to transcend into the and retain your identity as a spirit aka a force ghost, this transcends all of ones midi-chlorians into force energy instantly, and you will become as powerful in the force as it is possible given the amount midi-chlorians in ones body at the time in which they transcend. But there's a third way to obtain force energy, perhaps the most potent, you transfer the force energies obtained by other force sensitives into your own identity, this process generates a force bond between one and the individual in which he or she stole the force energy from if they survive.Darth Nihilus stole the force enrgy from an entire species of force sensitives at once, this vast absorption of force energy was greater than the amount Darth Plagious used to endow Anakin Skywalker with more midi-chlorians than anyone.

God damnit.

*shouts*

Although after Darth Nihilus stole the energy of the Mariluka species and entered God-hood, he realized there was a bit of a problem, one of the Mariluka, Visas Maars, survived the drain, meaning that Darth Nihilus now had a force bond with her, when she died, his spirit would leave his enchanted armor, the armor would be destroyed, and he would become permanent force ghost unless he had a clone of himself didn't the clone sickness.

On another subject, when Anakin became a force ghost he had only transfered about 10% of the midi-chlorians he had at birth into force energy, and he had lost about 30% of his cells, which means that, in becoming a force ghost, he had transfered about 70% of his original number of midi-chlorians into force energy. Still greater than the spirits of Palpatine, and even Yoda, but Luke barely surpassed that 70% by the time of the Fate Of The Jedi series.

Luke Skywalker by the time of Fate Of The Jedi possessed more raw force energy then non-spirit entity in Star Wars, but Darth Nihilus contained, post becoming a ghost and inhabiting his armor, after take the combined force energies that a million or so force sensitives possessed, purely wielded more force energy and physical power, although Luke Skywalker could just kill Visas Marrs and end Nihilus.

"Obi-Wan, what does the read-out say about his Midichlorian level?"

"It's over twenty thousaaaannnd!"

Screenshott'd to workaround the smiley limit which apparently kicks in before the sixth term of the Fibonacci sequence?

Also: Prove it.

Evidence From Canon Material

In episode V Yoda explains that the force is a omnipresent form of energy that inhabits all matter and gives it mass. Yoda explains that all forms of matter can be manipulated at the expense of force energy, and that a rock can be lifted in the exact same way as an X-Wing Starfighter, and the reason that some objects are harder to manipulate than others is not because of a difference in size but because of a difference in the force energy inhabiting that object. So how do Jedi gain more Force energy than they originally had? In Episode I Qui-Gon Gen vaguely implied that midi-chlorians were a form of money which can buy force energy, this was hinted when he claimed the higher your midi-chlorian count is, the higher your force sensistivity, while also claiming that the force is not exclusive to midi-chlorians. The Force is the Higgs-Boson?

sweet life!

Evidence From Canon Material

In episode II Yoda explains that when an individual dies they transcend into the force, this can't be because they're don't disappear and go into. Maybe what Yoda meant was that the midi-chlorians in their bodies are all transfered back into force energy. In the Return of The Jedi director's commentary George Lucas describes a force ghost as a Jedi who has retained their identity in this process. To be continued next post.

Star Wars only has one wave phenomenon, not space time, not the Higgs Field, just the omnipresent force, according to George Lucas.

So... that would mean every time a Jedi dies of lasers, they're actually dieing of concentrated Force beams? Pfff, Jedi...

Evidence From Canon Material

From the film's standpoint it is not evidenced that a Jedi Spirit possesses any force energy, but in EU literature, namely Dark Empire, this is not the case. After Palpatine died at the battle of Endor, he became a dark force ghost, and then when he inhabited his sick clone he seemed to be more powerful than ever, suggesting his midi-chlorians were transfered into force energy, but the energy was retained in his spirit.
