In KoToR II Darth Traya described how Darth Nihilus could not only strip others of their obtained force energies but take their energies for himself and kill by draining their life force too. KoToR II also introduced the existence force bonds in which two individuals become linked by their force energies after one of them is stripped from their connection of the, sometimes a force bond is brought about in the event that one takes another's force energy for themselves and the other survives the encounter, in the case of Darth Nihilus and Visas.

I've been lying this whole, I've claimed that Darth Nihilus and Luke Skywalker possessed the greatest magnitude of force energy, when in fact (my) Sith Stalker, after I beat the entire Force Unleashed Ultimate Sith Edition trilogy on Sith Master difficulty at maximum and amped him with every force, saber and energy upgrade available, plus the bonus Sith Stalker armor and the black lightsaber.

I doubt if every member of the Jedi High Council at their strongest point in the History of the Galaxy (22 BBY) would dare confront a fully amped Sith Stalker unless they were escorted by a couple of Republic platoons.
