Ok, well, the run split into five stages:

1. Lower south side ascent

2. Upper south side ascent

3. Run around the security perimeter

4. Upper east side descent

5. Lower east sie descent

The south side ascent has nostalgic value for some, as it is the route you guys took up to the base when you were taking it from Doon. The destroyed gun turrets are still dotted around there as monuments.

The east side is the stupid side, as there is no path. It is all is all ravines, treacherous drops and potential rockfalls, and is the type of area you should negotiate carefully at a measured pace, and not at a full out run for your life.

How much opportunity to communicate with Epireans do we have before the race?

Until Galder gets bored, I guess.
