What do you mean? Oh, as Batman in the courthouse?
Yeah I got past all of that, but then when I try to beat the hoodlums within I find myself getting my butt handed to me, and no matter how hard I try, I still get taken out. It's probably just me, because if it isn't, Batman is a punk in this game, as opposed to how strong he was in Arkham Asylum.
Yeah, I think it's just you then. Batman seems to start out as stronger (or at least more versatile) at the beginning of Arkham City than in the beginning of Asylum. If you're having problems pressing Y/triangle to counter at the right time, I just normally double tap the jump button to jump over someone before hitting them in between each combo hit. Helps with even the biggest of crowds that the game throws at you.

just keep moving. dodge a lot, take out the guys as quickly as possible, and you'll be fine.
you're attacking from above at the beginning right?

He has most of his AA gadgets/moves available to him at the start, as well as quick-keys to use all the combat-viable ones iirc, along with the ability to counter up to three people who are attacking him simultaneously. Upgrades give him more versatility. So yeah, as far as combat goes, he is better in this game than he was in AA.
Of course, I haven't played AC in a few months, so meh.

ok so I beat Harley's revenge and Im on my last 2 achievements. well I have a spoiler for anyone who wants to read it.this isnt apart of the story but it has to do with harley possabily being pregnant....
Spoiler:
harely is not pregnant. At first it looks like she maybe because at one point you come across a crib with a joker looking toy and a bunch of pregnancy tests on the floor and one in the crib. if you zoom in on them you can see the results are negative on them all
Well, that's kind of a ****ing tease.
Just completed the DLC though, including getting all the Harley balloons, the latter of which wasn't as bad as I thought. Don't have anything too specific to say about it overall off the top of my head, but I definitely enjoyed it more than the Riddler's Revenge stuff.
So, anyone think there will a mini-campaign like this with Nightwing?

Anyone else completely underwhelmed by the DLC? It was fun but certainly not worth $10. And the "ending" was horrible.
Batman's obviously still bitter over what happened with the Joker and Talia, so I didn't expect him to say much (if anything) in the ending. Did like the comeback Robin made though.

It was a great DLC, but, yeah, the ending kinda blew.I was hoping for more. No Robin free roam, either.
Maybe we'll see another chapter.
Yeah, most of the Harley balloons you destroy are with Batman when you're free-roaming the city, whereas the parts you're Robin are more confined. Was a bit disappointed by that.
Hopefully with Nightwing.
i got few question about this game , first of all do you get to play catwomen after you complete the game with batman or are you playing with here in the middle of the game? because i am playing arkham city right now and i already beat up mister freeze and didnt play with catwomen yet
i heard you can play with nightwing and robin, are you playing the same exact missions as nightwing and robin or do they have a stroy of their own?
i heard about the riddler revenge is it a DLC or its just the way you call his missions?
how many DLC's that involve new missions are there? like harley quinns revenge and such , thanks.

did you buy it new? did you download the catwoman patch for whatever system you're playing?
nightwing and robin both use challenge maps, though i don't remember if it's always the same one.
just what they call his missions.
harley's revenge is the only story dlc, not including catwoman.

thank pr, and i just bought the batman arkham city for the PS3 but i dont know about any patch or anything , was i suppose to play as her in between the scenes as part of the storyline?
If you have the Catwoman DLC installed you will periodically switch to her in the story in the parts that require her. They are the worst parts of the game. Only do it if you really want the trophies.
Nightwing and Robin have the same challenge maps as Batman, just different challenges suited to their different abilities.
