I don't know. It depends on different things. Like how far Namor is away from Cyke and how far from water Namor is and how much power Cyke is willing to blast with.

Also Cyke's blast is continuously, whereas a hit from Thor or Hulk only lasts a millisecond.

Keeping that in mind
Both can win depending on the circumstances.

Namor tanked a full on "Get off my lawn" blast from Cyclops in his annual, while weakened, like it was nothing.

Well either Namor is more durable than WWH or it was PIS or it wasn't Cyke's full blast.

i would agree with this. think it would mostly go namor's way, but i think given conditions cyke might be able to take him out.
