not sure where else to post this, but galan and i have decided on the changes we wanted to make. both approved by our esteemed judges.
first, we're swapping FS for FS. ronnie+stein is being swapped for jason+stein.
and we're dropping loki and adding thor. 🙂 just couldn't let the big fella sit this one out . . .
probably have a write-up in sometime tomorrow morning or afternoon.

remember: we were only allowed to make these last minute changes because there was quite a big miscommunication between the hosts (one had ok'd our previous strategy, the other deemed it illegal.) and for that reason alone we were allowed 2 new drafts in order to revamp our plan of attack.

It wasn't. Leo and Galen essentially had a entire week worth of work thrown out the window (they had already submitted their initial post) at the last minute through no fault of their own. As such we allowed them reset their roster so they could compete without the illegal tactic which they had based their entire team around. I understand if other teams don't like it, but it's my fault more than anyone's and this was the fairest solution we could find. I know its not perfect but its the best we can do given the circumstances.
In order to get things moving along, teams should be aware that there will be a deadline for Round 1 to begin and end:
Monday, Jan. 4 at 5pm EST - initial posts much be in
Monday, Jan. 11 at 5pm EST - end of all Round 1 fights
That should give every team ample time to get in their initial posts and make 10 debate related posts. Good luck all.
