Mine wasn't long. Glad to see that my opponents got docked at least one post for having a three-post long intro though. 😬

Goob told me that they only needed 2 posts to deal with you.

Ours was litterally just one post even with the footnote section (footnote was posted in a 2nd post though I guess to make it look nicer *shrugs*)

We had to cut out alot just to make it one section....damn.

Mine was pretty damn short. I think it came out to something like 6,000 characters in the end (10,000 allowed in one post).

Quality > Quantity

A memo dg and BW didn't get.

That's k. Their chances aren't that good regardless of how much they send to Bats. 🙂

Realistically, a debate post will prove a lot more valuable if you can still fit in the necessities of your plan within the regular write-up limit.

A question to B-Dub\Goober\hosts- wouldn't shrinking someone in prep violate "you can't change the size of prep room" rule as relative size changes quite a bit?

I am not the one to tell if its a rule violation or not.

But that's an incredibly smart tactic, talk about thinking outside the box.

Obviously I'm not a tourney host, but I will say that it does appear to violate the clear intention of having a specified and unalterable size of the prep room.

Especially noteworthy since Kahn pointed out that Fortress Eradicator would not be an issue needing to be dealt with since that made it impossible anyways.

Just my two cents though, I'll leave it for the hosts to decide. It's not match deciding.

Ingeniois as in the only way to get around it...they didn't alter the size of the room, technicaly, but shanged their own relative size. Nice loophole-finding if it's legal.

also noteworthy-

they intend to build a device that works through genetic manipulation.

the panel that i'm referring to is in the lower left hand corner.

pretty sure matter manipulating your opponents is directly violating the rules, no?

P.S. B-Dub\Goober - I have something especially catered for your team.peaches

no offence, but... ermm

and yes, that's my dickishness done for the day.

Sorry about the length everyone, somthing about tourney's just bring out the longwindedness in me 😂 .

I don't think so, we ran it by Kahn and he ok'd it.

Genetic Manipulation was done on the Kryptonian's and Krypton itself, nothing was done to manipulate the genes of visitors to the planet. Your genes aren't being attacked, you're being attacked because of your genes.

Exactly. We're not trying to diminish teams' creativity with the rules, just attempting to keep things on a somewhat level playing field. Ingenuity and creativity is encouraged. 😖hifty:

They want to create some kind of vague device/energy field that will attacks the opposition in some unnamed manner with no on-panel evidence of it being used in any way much less showing its effectiveness against even the most mundane defenses.

That is not against the rules 😐

You don't actually have to accept an opponents' claims at face value. If it is easier to simply dismiss a questionable tactic rather than lodge a formal complaint, please choose the former option.

When are the judges for the other matches going to be announced?
