Telekinesis is a loophole for time manipulation?

There's a reason as to why time manipulation was banned. You're doing the exact same thing concealed under a different name, which breaks the nature of the ruling. Hence, it's a loophole.

That's not time manipulation at all, if you ban this then you have to ban telekinesis all together as people are using it to give them speed. Same principle.

Would they be statues? No, their just slowed down.

And the "twelve time-slowed minutes later" portion? It's the application that matters here. Regardless of it being telekinesis, you're using it to loophole around the "no time manipulation rule."

That's the time-bomb 😬 which counted down by the rotation of the pendulum. Comet slowed them down so it stopped ticking. It has nothing to do with time manipulation or even like it.
