Uh, that's not a durability showing. Surfer essentially committed suicide and was nearly dead. Here is a durability showing.

The bleed was described as “even a single drop of it is to control the ultimate power, capable of healing or annihilation. Yet it cannot be touched, or held, or bottled…Except by us”.
