To those who live on their own/without guardians....

That maid thing almost sounds like something that could really, really, really benefit from a cost-benefit analysis, I mean sure, chores aren't that hard and you can do them, but on the other hand if you have the money, it's not like the porn watches itself.

Hire a "cheap" maid. Those from Southeast Asia will do just fine.
I recommend a Filipina maid, they know how to tidy up the place.
An Indian maid is cheaper... but most of the time, they smell awful.

Left at 19, came back because it beat living in my girlfriend's backyard (literally out of a tent)

I got booted out a week after christmas just before turning 20, and now have been out on my own since. I miss it, but all in all, I do enjoy the freedom.
