Michael was the most powerful by far in his solo series yet he was defeated by sandolphon and taken prisoner.
Lucy had no way of dealing with ameniel's assault and took precautions to avoid an all out war. He had his own plans but combat wise no one in the book was anywhere near undefeatable.
Death wasn't stabbed in the back by some ridiculous angel and held prisoner for years also. That's also the most powerful angel in his own series by far who just got through curbing lucy.
I take all of this into account. death is death. She can upgrade Thanos herself to the point of fighting Odin to a standoff and has shown the power(when pushed) to easily defeat the walker.
