Third Riddick Movie

Well as I made the comparison to Star Wars...I'm just remembering the documentary showing Lucas looking at all the model-makers ideas of creatures, models & buildings & giving his approval based on how they looked rather than asking "reason or purpose."

Yeah, creatures are a different entity all-together, I would say. It's more important for them to simply "look cool." Which reminds me, some of the concept art for some of the creatures looked a little goofy to me... I hope they won't look quite so goofy in actuality (these pictures showed up online a long time ago)...

Yeah I can see they were kinda designed for Riddick to do a lot of "slashing of the neck"...scenes.

The world hasn't heard anything from Vin on Facebook lately about the film. I hope all is well. Hopefully he's too busy making it fuc#ing awesome.

Neil Napier showed up on the IMDB cast list. And I just realized Vin posted this, too...

No Riddick picture this time, but Vin says this via Facebook...

Almost done filming. Damn, that flew by. It's been a little over 2 months, which is about right, though, I think.

Stop stalking the guy & let him finish dam the movie.

He's on Facebook and it is actually him......he does a few posts on there alot of the times.

He posts a bunch of cheesy bullshit, too (like this)...

I don't think anyone posted this.. somehow it was hidden from me. Happened upon it while browsing through Vin's Facebook photos...

You know the Director, the crew and the cast are making something special, when you find yourself drawn to the set... even when you aren't in the particular scene they are shooting.

It has been a long and arduous road, to launch this Rated "R" Riddick, and everyday of magic only proves, how worth it the journey has been.
