Since Demogorge's big power is to eat other gods, saying that he beat god X and is therefore more powerful is like using DP Tyrants ability to absorb BSE to say that he is more powerful than Galactus. For some reason, Thanos' fights against Odin and Tyrant are frequently misrepresented, probably because the writing was pretty crappy in both of them (I think Thanos was amped in the Tyrant fight, but the writing was self-contradictory and it can be argued either way). Tyrant one-shotted BRB pretty effortlessly, which I think is more impressive than Odin one-shotting Drax. More importantly though, Odin's initial attacks on Thanos were far less powerful than Tyrant's, and even when Odin busts out Gungnir he does less damage to regular Thanos than Tyrant does to an amped one.
Finally, unlike Tyrant, Demogorge DOES have low-end feats. His performance in the God Squad, as many have remarked was less than awe-inspiring (even if, as usual, he looked pretty damn cool). The only fight we've seen Tyrant in where it looked like he might lose was with a full-fed Galactus, and yet he was able to turn things to his advantage.

Of course he has low end feats because he was rewritten in a new comic. Tyrant only had one little series to have no low end feats. Eevn Thanos low end feats are horrible like squirrel girl defeating him. Odin was able to bring Thanos down in there fight. I think Thanos even admits he can't eat Odin all of them really. BRB getting knocked out and Drax is kind of even both ways. Drax has taken hits from Thanos with the cosmic cube and destroyed planets.
Also Odin says how Thanos in there fight taps into his limiteless power source as well.
