1. You guys are SO DESPERATE for Thanos to have bad durability showing it's damn well amusing. He has so few bad durability and combat feats you need to jump on ANYTHING that even looks close to a bad showing. Except for these points:
a. You can't even see that he's killed in the least. You still see the outline of his body. Because Drax thought it would kill him.. means nothing.
b. Thanos is STILL depowered and not at full strength. He has been slowly regaining strength, but still, the narration makes it clear right before that happened that he's still not at full strength. What does this mean... when your depowered... doesn't count for a normal full power Thanos
c. This is an Alternate Universe Thanos and thus not in continuity for regular Thanos. This universe is full of difference, which combined with him being depowered, is thus easily not a bad showing EVEN IF he's actually killed there
2. All that being said, even while WEAKENED and not at full strength he...
a. Killed things that COULDN'T be killed by anybody else but him. This speaks volumes about his blast power.
b. Two shot draw with ease early in issue one when he woke up
c. One shot and KILLED Ms. Mar
d. Had the whole Guardians running for their lives when he woke up, even while depowered.
e. Killed billions of people of the Universal Church of Truth
So as we can see... even while depowered and in a alternate universe he has still kicked ass and certainly isn't dead. All drax will have done is piss him off and he'll be two shot or one shot in the next issue. THe ownage has been complete.

How is this an alternate universe Thanos? He's operating in an alternate universe but until explicitly revealed to be a clone this is the canon Thanos...I mean he was resurected and taken from Death's realm.
Also I doubt it's the "volume of his blast power" that kills them permanently. If that were true then that wouldn't make Thanos unique in the slightest...that would just make him an ordinary character and the GotG could get someone else to do the job. He can kill them permanently because he is the avatar of Death, or her consort, or whatever. That's something that is totally absent from the cancerverse. Don't think the power of his blasts have anything to do with it.

No you didn't understand what I said… I didn't say it was an alternate universe Thanos… I said he is in an alternate universe which on panel is effecting him. He made it clear he is finding it hard to essentially keep his mind focused and stable in that universe. That right there is proof that it's effecting him and causing him ill effects at that. Thus, it may not just be limited to that is my point as we clearly see it has negative effects on him just being there. It doesn't matter anyways since he's weakened and not at full strength. So whatever happens to him in that state is essentially thrown out the window when talking about a full powered Thanos in the 616 Universe. Of course he isn't dead… but we don’t know if even did a thing to him anyways.
Tbf, even if the anti matter bomb did take him out...that's really not that bad of a showing.
Considering Thanos couldn't shield against it as it was embedded in his chest, and it was freaking anti matter. Without shielding etc most characters could be taken out when they have a bomb that annihilates wit htheir very atoms jammed in their chest.
Tbf, I can't wait to see Ronan actually do something awesome after spending over a year as the Inhuman's whipping boy. I want badass Annihilation Ronan back 😄

Well I'll point out he had recovered lots and lots of strength "He's recovered so much strength he's impossible to mindlock".
But also, why is this such a big deal? Unless you don't realise what Anti Matter actually does, you'd understand that most characters under Skyfather could be defeated from having an Anti Matter bomb impaled into their chest.
+ It's one low showing, hardly the end of the known universe.
