"No reason for that..." replies Vlad glancing at the blaster. "Can we talk without having a weapon pointed at us?"

"What are you doing on my property?" asks the old man.

"We're looking for someone," Wentar says. "Perhaps you know him? A Marl Ademiro."

The old man nods.

"He's the owner of this property," he says, "but we're not seeing anybody. Closed for business!"

"We're not here on business," Wentar says. "This is a more personal visit. Do you know where we could find him?"

"He's not seeing anybody, thanks," the old man says stubbornly.

"Why not?" Wentar ask, a little annoyed that they're this close to Marl, yet so far.

"Closed. For. Business. What don't you understand? He's got other things to do that talk with people all day."

"Then when can we see him?" Wentar asks.

Wentar senses danger in the direction of one of the scrap piles!

Uh-oh looks like we are about to get shot at...

Well then Wentar is going to move away from the scrap pile, dragging Vlad along with him. Assuming it's one of those 'this place is gonna explode!' danger senses.

Observation check says that you spot the sniper before he can take the shot, two turns away in that scrap pile...

Hmm... Lightsabers out?

That'd be a pretty big reveal to who we are. I say we dive for cover first. I think we can make it to him in two turns without lightsabers. Wanna risk it?

Do we have our blasters?

I assume you have one. Wentar doesn't use guns.

This is a quick one-off reaction for Wentar. Vlad will be able to go for his blaster rifle after this. But you are assuming that they do not already know who (or what) you are. Vlad will recognize Marl; it goes both ways.

Hmmm, well then if Vlad spots Marl he can feel free to saber it up. 😛

Wentar is still diving for cover, dragging Vlad with him.
