Sometimes that happens. We always manage to pick up the slack later! Especially with summer fast approaching (or winter for those of you south of the equator).
Xeth has been considering a brief foray into the cities that the Atrii of the past apparently abandoned, given the Padawans' comments on the matter. However, he thinks that talking with the Atrii would be best first, to see if they have anything to say about the cities before they go into them.
"Let's just say that we had to get a feel for our surroundings," Xeth says, cleaning his machete after having used it to help cut whatever they took from the merongam for their prizes. "I have a sneaking suspicion that you didn't have to do what we did. You're not much for fighting the wild life with a machete. Am I right?"
Xeth looks sideways at Argo with a nod, who originally voiced the idea.
"Ascar claims that the Atrii can help us learn more about Kara Katai, the assassin that stole the artifacts on Cassilis and Agalania and many other worlds," Jelena reminds Denzral. "Though so far I'm not sure how. It remains to be seen."
Jelena responds to Ascar. "How curious. It does not mean that they don't have a culture to learn about. We will just have to do so delicately, without confusing them."
"We will learn what we can," Jelena says. "That is what we're here to do, after all, and we will do it."
Jelena will discard that awful machete and regain her lightsaber. She has never been much for the sword, but she is glad to have its comfortable weight at her side again. She then goes to the caves with her fellow Jedi as Ascar has suggested, to see what the Atrii have prepared.
Yeah, Xeth is going to strap all of his weapons back on (lightsaber, sonic blaster, grenade launcher, electro-pike) if we are allowed to do so. Though he will probably keep the machete too, as a souvenir from the Atrii. He'll accompany Jelena into the caves, giving a distasteful glance back at Ascar.
Ascar, as ever, just smiles.

An hour later, you are back at the caves, re-armed as you like. You are in the grand central hall, with many of the Atrii arranged around you. There is a great fire burning in its centre, ventilated by holes to the surface in the ceiling, though the room is rather smoky. The fire is being used to cook much food, though there are berries and vegetables a-plenty too for you to snack on.
Mind you,. perhaps the fire is not the sole cause of the smoky atmosphere. A pot to one side simmers away, producing something you do not think is food, judging by the deep inhalations of its vapours that many of the Atrii are taking in.
There is, of course, much laughing and crying out and slapping of your backs in joy. They do seem to be a happy people.
The extended rest and refreshment allows everyone to heal 10 damage. Furthermore, you may apply medicine again. This is hardly a medical facility but you can still double your Medicine pool for this purpose. Vera is back in the running again, at her maximum damage (though then the 10 gets taken away from that at once).
