A couple more clarification
If I didn't drop my shield this turn and only advanced "halfway to the trench area" could I attack the next turn with dash the defenders in "ramp north"?
If I drop my shield this turn and advance to trench area can I only attack with dash or could I reach the defenders in "ramp north" without dash?
Does the floating door block float high enough that someone can't just grab it and stop it in mid air or is that a danger we have if the door block is in the same area as defenders?
Ok then Ush if the Shielded Thugs crossed the Trench first would they be able to protect the unshielded ones?
Ush could Xavier fill in for Rand moving the girder into place since he has Lift?
Because Rand has Advanced Bombard so he can use it to target upto 4 mooks. So if Xavier can take his place then Rand could be killing 4 archers a turn flinging stuff at them.

The archers really aren't that big of a problem, the defenders are more of one. To us, anyway.
So do I understand right that only two can cross the bridge and that we force users only can jump over the trench if we a) have jump and b) don't carry our shields?
Cause then we should think about how to do that smartly. Rah sadly can't join the fight this turn if I see right as he has no dash. So we have three darkies all with shields who could get into the fight next turn either by jumping over the trench or going over the bridge (or make it two Con should stay back for now and continue helping with the lifting).
So I guess Rah and Relle can go first next round or maybe better both drop the shields and jump over the trench and we have two of our minions cross the bridge.
As for the block thing, if Con's right with his observation we have 4-5 rounds to move it in place and it should take 3-4 turns to get there if we continue at the 2-3 lifters pace. However we don't want the block to be in an area alone necessarily.

The reason I'm asking is if we do it this way then the PB can retreat for a few turns while the next group of darkies head to the front line.
If Xavier can use Lifting to move the Girder then Rand can start taking out up to 4 mooks a turn with advanced bombard. So if Xavier can do the lifting then Rand will be much better if he offers artillery for us.
At least that is what I'm thinking.

Ush, if we spend force points when it gets close can we speed up the process?
Hmm, well, I guess it might still work. If it doesn't Rand could help again the next turn.
I'd suggest we do the following this turn, Con puts the bridge in place, Azarl lifts the block, Rand bombards 4 defenders, Xavier continues fighting with the PB.
Worst case scenario with the block is that we miss putting it in, in which case we still can pry the door open with the force.
There's no point in getting the block placed until a significant number of people are over the bridge, anyway.
Oh if only I had Twirl...

Yeah but couldn't we just tap our Defensive Schticks while disengaging to help us take less damage?
Don't know? I'm wary to do so, especially since it was just a refresh...
Originally posted by Peachyeah but I figure the fact we won't be taking anymore damage fora bit will be worth it. Then we let the meat shields go ahead of us and do some dirty work and then rejoin the battle.

You know pull back an exhausted unit while a fresh one moves in.
Anyways I still say Rand should start Bombarding to help us.
Advanced Bombard can only hit four targets if Rand had Twirl. He doesn't.
Galder's swapping out Impervious, tapping Dodge & Weave.
Galder just laughs as he gets surrounded by defenders with knives; instead of getting worried, Galder performs an impressive rolling dodge, comes up, and smashes the girder upward into the jaw of a defender. It sends the man flying.
