It's dependant on physical exertion. Being a Jedi-type makes you immune to this sort of general exertion unless you overloaded yourself.

Azarl can use up one cylinder and throw it away, then stuff shouldn't be so bad, eh?

No, it was a waste to have Azarl carry an additional cylinder just to consume it cause he's overpacked.

Con will give Galder the blaster if he can. (though I think it may be better to be a worse shooter with these blasters)
