USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE V (DARK SIDE)- The Prisoner of Datura

3-5 means it is theirs again. Rand takes a hit; the Grip is broken. Grip isn't much good if you are up close!

It's a Refresh!

Rah and Azarl take care of two near the back and Con takes down one that drops by him. Rianna kills hers, and with Relle, Galder Dak and Chunn getting kills we have quite the clear out this turn.

Okay, I suggest the people move forward. Gallador will try to move with Ranto.

If we get initiative
Con wil use the slingshot to shoot the trog behind Rah and Azarl.
elseif they get initiative and no trogs land next to him or Rah
Con will use grip so Rah and Azarl can advance
elseif they get initiative and a trog lands next to Con and Almir
Con will attack the trog
else
Con will shoot a trog near Rah and Azarl with the slingshot.

Sounds about right.

The programmer in me loves the pseudo coding there 😛

Uh, if there's room for Rianna to move up and no trogs get in the way, she'll move and then kill. If a trog gets in the way she'll kill it.

If we get initiative and two other people at Gauntlet 5 attack the trogs, move forward and attack the trog in Gauntlet 6.

Else, simply attack a trog at 5.

Swap DW for DU.

Galder will kill a trog at Gauntlet 5, allowing others to move up.

If Rianna moves up and kills a trog too, then the others can advance.

Rand is not going to advance, instead helping kill trogs at Gauntlet 5.

Relle is not looking so great.

Dak, maybe you should hold back for this turn? That way we make sure we kill everything near us and then we can move up all together.

Relle will deck a trog.

Rand, maybe you can use your Force attacks to clear the path ahead.

Azarl moves up to Gauntlet 3, glad to be moving on.

Hmm. Galder will move ahead with Dak if everyone else is killing the trogs in 5.

Gah, no luck for you guys; 4-6 gives initiative to them. Would have been handy to win it this round.

Still, luck swings around; a trog moves for an attack on Azarl and totally fluffs it. They roll a bit better up front and to be sure, Dak would have had about 30 extra damage by now were it not for Impervious- they are rolling like crazy against him.

Con's spectacularly efficient choice branching there leads to him to slightly bail out Azarl, who was about to get double-attacked with no defences on a move. Instead, Con slingshots one down and I shall assume Rah keeps up his killing ways, leaving Azarl clear to go!

An unimpressed Rianna brings down yet another that landed by her.

And you all clear up at the front!

Good news guys! Ranto has joined you on the front lines!

Well that could have gone worse.

Lets hope we get initiative this time.

We have to do something about our formation.

I think Con and Azarl should stay back though to give Rah time to move up.

It is unfortunate that Almir is with us, but I don't think sending him alone would make sense so we'll just have to bear that.

What I think would be good if we got initiative:

Chunn Dak Galder Relle advance to take care of the trogs in front.

Gallador picks up Xavier

Rianna moves up.

Con Azarl and Almir wait one round for Rah.

If they get initiative I guess it is more tricky.

In the back we should try to get Rah to advance, so Con would grip a trog that drops next to Rah.

I think Rianna can't advance cause the gauntlet is full, is that right?
I guess she could attack a trog if it lands next to her, or move back with Con and Azarl so we have a decent force gathered together and she's not out alone.

In the front we'll have to take care of all the trogs. And if possible Gallador should still try to pick up Xavier if he can.

Does that sound good?

Throw away whatever dice you're using for Initiative, they're obviously broken.

Galder will move for Gauntlet 6 and stab a trog there.

If it is any compensation the Jedi are sharing your initiative rolls again.

Oh yes, that will comfort me as I struggle for my last breath of air before dying in a cave on a prison planet, probably bound to be food for some weird spider-man monsters.

It kind of makes me feel better, except now we'll probably start getting initiative.

If we get initiative, Rand will move up and let the others attack the trogs in 6, while he puts a Grip on the trog in 8.

If we lose initiative, Rand will help kill trogs that move at them.

If we win initiative, Relle runs up and kicks down a trog. If not, she kills whatever comes near.

Azarl advances. If any trogs drop on him and keep him from doing so, he will just Grip it and move anyway.
