Rand will begin demanding that people step aside.

"Make way, make way!" he shouts. "A gift for the Emperor has arrived!"

Relle will make her way over to Rianna and Dak to help with the lightsabers, now that a new distraction has presented itself.

Rivas stands from his throne, peering up at the new arrivals.

"What is this?" he booms, muscular and impressive.

Before I say my witty piece... would Rand be able to dramatically Fling the Emperor from their current distance?

Dak will head over to the case, and once Rand begins his piece (for optimum distraction), will make the Strength rolls for cutting through the glass, at a spot where our sabers will be within easy reach.

Vaguely possible.

But you have no lightsabre out, and a lot of men in the room have guns. Do you want to be the whole room's target on turn 1?

Smashing the glass will begin the fight.

(Dak, you have Fix-It. You could try getting it open without the alarm going off.)

"A gift has been brought to you, my Emperor," Rand says, continuing the charade to get closer to the throne. He eyes Rianna and Dak and Relle. Satisfied that they are in place, he continues. "A tribute to your glory and power."

I'll give a little time to see what others are doing...

Well, how exactly can we get the sabres without smashing the glass?

Can we do something so the fight is broadcasted? Still, it is very public place and many people are around, I quess someone will record it...

Xavier is still in the box trying to breath 😛

I'm guessing we need those sabers free before we decide to do anything at all. Preferably by quiet means.

Probably a bit late for that, as the Emperor is seconds away from recognising you.

Ah, I thought cutting through the glass would be different from simply smashing.

Go for Fix-It on the locks, then.

If the alarm goes off, be ready to smash.

You'd need specialist tools for that sort of cutting (and it would not be on Strength either).

Relle makes ready to smash the cases if Dak fails to get them open quietly.

So then I suppose that Rianna will watch the situation with Rand and the rest (and the area around us, if anyone spots or us anything) in case we need to start smashing things in a hurry 😛

Rand is Master with all Kinetic powers mastered, I think, cannot he bring sabres to us when the cases are smashed?

Many separate objects all going to different people at different times? No he cannot.

You'd like to get closer, Rand- but there's a huge throng of people in here. There's no real opportunity and you'll never haul the crates through the crowd either.

There was nothing else to be gained except for getting out the crates ready to fight; as it is, that will now take time. Rivas' eyes narrow as he recognises Rand and smiles. His electrostaff powers up.

"Kill the intruders!" he cries.

...time to start smashing, I think.

Dak will smash through the glass, grabbing sabers for himself, Rianna, and Relle.

Who knows if they'll match us!
