So as long as they attack me within melee range regardless of type of attack SF will work.

Ok Xavier will make sure to get close this turn then, and attack close. I'll still only do the Fient tap this turn and attack.

The main 'flaw' there being, of course, that if your attack kills him then SF is rather moot.

Ush, did you take into account Gallador's Coordination when he was being shot at. I also mentioned spending a Force point on Staredown, or was impossible while calling the saber?

"Now you are all DEAD. WORMS!" Shouts angry Gallador, striking at the enemies with deadly swipes of his saber.

Tap Cleave for this turn.

Oh, sorry, I can take four damage off of you for the staredown. And yes, I did the co-ordination which did indeed save you some damage, but in the end all six attackers rolled at least one six which gives them a minimum of 18 damage. Sheer bad luck.

A Strength roll for Cleave to be helpful, as you need to get next to two Guards; they are not in tight formation.

how many successes I need on that strenght roll?

Luckily it is quite clear and there are a lot of guards, so just one.

Actually...

Since we're moving back west, can Rand see his lightsaber?

Nope! Still too crowded there.

Fair enough. Rand will continue his action as planned, then.

Is it possible to do a defensive leap to the upper viewing gallery north and still shoot at the two pikemen I shot before? (in retrospect I should have moved there last turn, not on top of my game)

Could Xavier and Gallador move west while they attack, since the guards are spread out?

That would be a step away from the sabres though.

D Leap precludes attacking.

Rah is using less cumbersome light pistols that suit his acrobatic nature

Keeping fairly close but not enough to get in the way of Galder's mace he heads East.

Is it worth Rah getting hold of an electro-staff if he gets chance?

East? Did you mean east?

If I just went to Upper North, they'd get opportunity attacks on me, right?

People without sabres, you really need to get closer to them!

No, you are not locked in melee with them yet as they were slowed by the crowd.

That's what I'll do then, I'll advance to Upper North, and shoot the two Pikemen I targeted before.

Go West, Rah!
