You could Bewilder Rivas while Dak kills that last guard!

We were just discussing how Gallador needs to start blowing his Force points on that...😛

The longer Rivas is a useless git, the better.

Gallador: Use Bewilder on Rivas, we need him incapacitated while we kill his guards.

Dak will kill the final guard in Upper North.

But please don't get into the fight without your defenses up.

God yes, definitely don't do that.

Yeah bewilder Rivas as much as possible

Well I shall continue on my bombarding spree then. I am told my bombard is overkill on mooks and as I am not geared up to attack more than one target then I will target my assault on Staffman B.

Damn, getting hit by 3 guards and 10 damage is an awful lot, does the parry of my eye of the storm and the cover add up, or does one disable the other?

They add up, which is why most the attacks on you missed. A single success from a blaster does three damage and it only goers up from there.

Hmm, Gallador does not have any active shticks right now?

I am considering him using Staredown for defence and Bewilder on Rivas, with Fortune to reroll. Will he have to join the melee for this?

You need a good read on him, which is difficult if you keep losing track of him in the melee at that distance.

But I have a good chance if I go to Upper West, yes?

Oh boy, then I'm a bit in trouble. If I get to floor west can I pull my lightsabre? And if so, how would it work, would I have to spend an action doing that?

Floor West is possible but not an easy Force roll, and at that range it is an entire action, yes.

-

Well he gets no extra defence at Upper West, Gallador; I'd give him Parry to the roll from where you are now.

I think I'll do this then:

First, I'd like to tap Eye of the Storm to make one of the last round attacks miss, preferably the one that dealt 4 damage. I can do that retroactively, right?

Then I'll swap out EotS for Orthodox Guard.

Then I'll defensive leap to Floor West. I'll use Dodge and Weave (not tap) and co-ordination cause I can't attack.

That should give me 1 Parry, 1 Defense, 1 Armor and being hit on 6, yes? And perhaps the cover if they get initiative?

Okay, Gallador will go to Upper West, trying to use Staredown on anyone who will attack him there and Bewilder on Rivas, with Fortune if his roll is bad (I would hope for at least two sucesses).

"RIVAS!" He shouts, using Force to increase his charisma greatly, something Gallador always excelled at. His eyes seem to glow hypnotically as he tries to focus his gaze on Rivas.

"You actually thought you had us on your mercy, you Emperor of thugs and spineless coward?! It was our plan all along, to get to Datura, something you cannot understand, as the Force gives us insights beyond your pathetic and feeble understanding! And now all left for you is to die, as I have foreseen, one more stepping stone in my glorious destiny!"

Everything but the cover, so no parry- if you want the Defensive Leap bonus, it assumes you aren't behind the chair any more. It's four defence though, not 1.

Oh that's good. Why is it 4 Defence though? And if they get initiative, could I not do the defensive leap and get the cover from the throne and just advance to floor west? Save a force point.

1 natural, 1 D&W, two bonus from the D Leap.

You cannot be leaping and simultaneously be in cover behind something!

Oh sorry, you are right- D Leap was changed to parry a while back. So it is two Defence and one Parry.
