Mxy and Bat-Mite are above the rest of the 5D. During WF they destroyed the Universe just after COIE with a snap, presumably erasing the entire timeline INCLUDING the Anti-Monitor.

Since Bat-Mite is most likely an aspect of Mxy as per Superman/Batman I would say yes. Its never explained but you could look at it like how Mandrakk is much more powerful than the rest of the Monitors and Batman is a God among men despite being a "normal human".

And it doesn't matter it didn't happen, because it was definitely a fact,
but TOAA wrote Galactus to stop himself, in order for comics to continue obviously.

Other occasions where the Omniverse has been deleted,
there has always been a means of re-creating it via the same power that erased it,
but here, there was no going back, and thus big G had to be stopped before it happened.

stating/depicting info about Marvel comic stories within Marvel comics
should be considered ridiculous statements.

My suggestion to you friend:

...write/email or phone Marvel headquaters and complain
about what they're allowing to be published concerning their own material.🙂
