The Triforce is omnipotent, I fail to see how it would lose.

We've been over this for how many times now?

You haven't had that discussion with him yet, I've held off on doing it, because I'm lazy.

Heh. By "we" I meant a good portion of this whole forum. Now where's that post...

You need to cease this ignorance at once!

1. Even Omnipotent characters has been defeated in fiction
2. How a character is created is virtually irrelevant to their powerset in the end
3. The Lich King did not die in that video. Only Arthas did
4. The closest things to Omniscience in Warcraft are Nozdormu, Highfather and purified Sargeras
5. It is stated by narrator that the Lich King is Omnipotent. You can not argue this. Something you KMC people need to do though, is to start using that thing that has been placed between your shoulders. It is there for a purpose.

Let me make this abundantly clear:

OMNIPOTENCE
DOES
NOT
MEAN
A
CHARACTER
CAN
DO
EVERYTHING

You are abusing the English language by saying Omnipotence equal all powers. Such is not the case. Those that claim that Omnipotence is precicely that, lack comprehension of the English language and insight on what being all-powerful actually can mean.

It is like saying that just because a character can regulate magic, he can control all magic arround him.
One says Omnipotence, you say "No way" Get a clue!

Omnipotence really does mean omnipotence with the triforce. Any wish made on it will be granted, meaning a single wish wins it for Hyrule.

Read that post again and tell me the Triforce's best feat.

To be fair, the Triforce would beat God Kratos, having the power of the goddesses and all.

He made a response to that quote by using some dictionary, I have a hard time finding it.

It very likely would, but MasterSword777 was saying that Link and Ganon are two most powerful characters in fiction and that Hyrule can't lose to anyone with the Triforce behind, which, to be perfectly sincere, is a load of steaming horseshit.

Yeah, 😛 but he's new, probably doesn't get the idea of debates and stuff yet. And he's not one of mine, either, for the record.

I think I know what you're talking about. NemeBro is not incorrect, but I believe that characters or items in fiction have to prove themselves to really be Omnipotent in the purest sense of the word.

Here's something to clear up some data on the Triforce's wish granting:

So A Link to the past is the last game in the series?

Some people believe that, but the timeline is NOT canon, so you just have to decide for yourself.

It seems that way because why would he wish for the Sword to be sealed forever if Ganondorf comes back. Its an implication that this is the it factor because Ganondorf is dead for good here.

Link to the Past can't be the last in the series, as we know its a prequel to the first LoZ. The last game in the series has to be Zelda II.

Ganondorf seemed dead for good in A Link into The Past.

Ganondorf being dead has never been a permanent thing. I'm pretty sure he'd would come back even if you think he is dead now. Ganon just wont die.
