SMG2 Bowser ports him into space (pretty sure he can do that) and Cloud dies of asphyxiation.

Not so sure he can do that.. This is some of what he can do in battle though.

I know for certain Bowser has teleportation abilities.

I refuse to watch any video of Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2 (I may be getting those games soon). So what can Bowser do in both games (besides teleport)?

He's too durable for Cloud to harm. Trust me.

Assuming it affects him, he now has a very durable toad.

And the durable toad is still okay because you'd need a foot from Pyron or something to equal the amount of pressure from a black hole.

I don't see what Bowser has that makes toad not affect him so yeah, this could very well be a stalemate.

I just wonder how a Toad would care for being thrown into lava or being fed to Bahamut. This is still assuming Cloud hits him with it which he may not be able to if he can teleport. Just throwing my 2 cents in there.
