The ONLY useful characters here are Psylocke, Kitty, Kurt and Emma for mind assault. Logan and X23 for kill shot. The rest a sacrificed.
Protecting Pietr and Logan would guarantee Thor the win.

I can understand the phasing trick if it does mess with his molecules but:
Thor can end this fight with a thought. All he needs to do is to call lighning bolts of low intensity to stun his opponents. Now from all of the who has the spped or the durability to deal with it?
3/4 of the team will be out leaving Thor fighting a few non significantly powerful mutants

What if Kurt TPs characters to shelter. Except X23 Logan Diamond Emma and Colossus. Thor goes for throwing the hammer. And while the hammer smashes the heroes.

Kurt TPs Kitty onto Thor's back and makes them both intangible. As Kitty and Thor fall through the sky the Hammer would just fly through them aimlessly like a moth to a light bulb.

As the two fall into the Earth's crust deeper and deeper. Kitty lets go! and returns to the surface while Emma telepathic links to Psylocke and she binds Thor in the earth.

alongside rachel umbrella an entire city

in the time required for all those moves to work on Thor he could electrocute them 10 x times at least
