Leo's Tourney!!!

K, so I've been able to confirm that he became a microscopic amoeba in a television episode. Not a comic. That doesn't mean he hasn't, or can't, just that I didn't find it. I assume we're not considering the cartoon canon, but it certainly lends some credence to my thoughts on BB.

Also a wiki mention of him becoming a swarm of fireflies and a group of barnacles. So multiples? Obviously wiki's can be edited, but there's also no particular reason to think the claim is false. I don't know what counts as proof for leo, though, since this is the only evidence I can offer.

Probably. There's still the info I found above. And to be clear, it's not you I distrust. It's just that if those kinds of feats exist, BB should be banned, even if you weren't aware of it when you made the pick. I'm trying to be thorough is all.

Like Vixen, BB's versatile. Unlike Vixen, none of his options would put him (IMO) above Wolverine or Spider-Man.

Wolverine or Spider-Man would be able to physically take it to anything he transforms into (barring scans of microscopic transformations), and I'm having trouble imagining any of his forms actually laying a hand on either of them.

I realize that just because those two can hang doesn't automatically indicate low meta, but it's suggestive. I think the trend that they set probably carries on throughout the tiers. Maybe my view is skewed though- I don't know the character that well.

But the only trait I've seen BB use that could put him over the cap, is power-stacking (ie. using multiple animal powers simultaneously.) /shrug

he can powerstack his animal abilities? if this is fact, he will be banned. i thought he could only use one shape and powerset at a time. i know he can shift shapes quickly, but didn't think he could stack animal abilities. anyone show this?

Thanks for the info Galan. If he can't go microscopic, can't stack, can't duplicate, etc. I really don't have a problem with him. Gnats and ticks aren't anything that can't be countered.

I'm in the same boat. And I might be planning for a FFA or semis match (gundam as well). Barring some lightning quick voting here, I'm going to request another small pushback to Thurs. if we don't know what's going on by, say, Tuesday evening. I dislike delays, and I know leo does too, but the tourney still has momentum, and none of us know exactly what's going on atm. Because if I don't know this week's plan until I get home from work on Wed. it'll be all of about 30 minutes to make a full writeup.

Yeah, I'd like to apologize to both Digi and Blair. I had some pretty unexpected rl issuess thrown at me. If you guys (and leo) don't mind a slight extension, I'd be happy to give my vote on the match sometime tomorrow afternoon.

all right--bw has defeated digi, forcing the AWESOMENESS of the FFA! the match will begin tomorrow at 5EST. battlefield will be the sahara desert. each team starts 1km away from each other (think equilateral triangle). line of sight is blocked on all fronts by MASSIVE, 40' sand-dunes.

judges will be voting on the TWO winners to decide who goes on to the playoff rd.

match will end at midnight on monday. have write-ups in by tomorrow by 5 or forefit your place.
