That will kill Alucard. 😐

Only if it hits Alucard

Apparently she and Negi's ghey selves are lightning timers.

Dun't read Negima, not a fagballs, but am doing some quick research.

Dun't care.

Alucard's from superior manga, he wins.

Oh come now, we had actual good discussion going, let's not get into that.

Negima's surprisingly good, especially when it starts hitting the shounen fight stuff around volume 5-6 (the writer had only done romantic comedies before, so he literally had to 'fool' the editors by starting it in a way that'd look like a Love Hina type thing, then veer off into a fight series. It's also really well written when the story hits). Negima's just about the only fight series I know where the side characters really do get sufficient development and fights.

It's one of those "it's better than it looks" things.

That means nothing. =l

Unless she has the strength to lift 46200 + tons or has the durability to survive 46200 tons of pressure, Alucard's TK will harm her.

Power Level =/= Weight

Except power = output = how much pressure her shields can block.

I will point out Alucard never lifted 46200+ tons too. He pushed it on top of the water slowly, quite a large difference.

Seriously speaking, if Evangeline is a lightning timer, this is spite.

There is nothing Alucard can do before she rapes with him with Absolute Zero

Not getting into this shit

Been done to death on NF already

(Also Negima bashers are ignorant)

Not exactly. There is a spell which lets someone temporarily turn partially to lightning for bursts of speed (purely physical speed, it won't speed up casting time). It's been shown to be defeatable- one of the other top-tier Negima people was able to beat it by noting there was a brief leader of electricity that appeared right where the person was going to.

Although he wouldn't have been able to exploit that if he wasn't at least close in speed.

Still, it's only a partial transformation. Despite Chamo's comments on the speed of lightning, it's not so easy to tell how much is turned to lightning/how fast Negi is in lightning form.

When talking about the stat boosts of the various Magic Erbera forms, the lightning one 'only' had around 4x the speed stat of the others. Which is still insanely fast, especially when one factors in lightning shundo.

Actually it was stated that it ranged from 150 to 2260 km/s

http://vetus.wordpress.com/astrape/

It mentions that's the speed of lightning, but remember the person is only partially transformed. Having more mass, they should be a lot slower.

And still, the electric leaders allow one to put a fist in the way and let the user run into that.

The speed is directly stated there. 150 to 2260 km/s. Besides Negi could change his angle of attack once that happened.

Has she reacted to lightning?

Hm, I'm going to give a complex answer to that simple question.

Not in the sense of reaction to a bolt on the way. She's blocked lightning spells often enough, both the only person known to have beaten her and her student are lightning specialists, but that's a bit different, there's anticipation going on there.

Probably the best way to answer that is again point to one of Eva's peers and her student. Here we see Jack Rakan, said to be on the level of Eva, on the defense, facing Negi, Eva's student.

Jack Rakan has confirmed speeds of Mach 3.2, in the sense he threw his sword at mach 3.2 then jumped on it and road it to his target.

Negi, who's using lightning form, is doing it via using Eva's personal spell combined with a lightning spell. Hypothetically, she too could use lightning form like that to gain such speeds (though his speciality is lightning spells, hers is ice, so she'd probably use a different form out of preference, but she has everything Negi's using here so there's nothing stopping her. Also she doesn't really use the spell used to take elemental forms any more because she felt she no longer needed it to fight on high levels).

But Rakan does figure out how to counter the lightning form speed as shown, and Eva could without a doubt do the same thing using the methods on that page. Or she could take lightning form herself.

So to answer your question with a word, 'kinda'.

So, essentially, she would only be lightning speed while in lightning form?

Yes.

Still quite fast outside of it, but not quite as crazy.

Then I say Alucard goes intangible, then spams Rip's bullets + Lightning + TK

=)

Phantasmagoria steals all of his souls

😕

Wait, when has Alucard used lightning?

How about never. 😬

I'm pretty sure he only used intangability was only used in the non-canon TV series as well.

Also, I don't think he was TK'ing that blood, Hellsing-verse Vamps have control over blood when they drink, it just seems to be drawn into them. Heck, they don't even drink it, just absorb it. Seras does the same thing to Pips blood I recall.
