Read the eternal issues to know how powerful Ikaris is. I'm not going to educate you on a character's entire history/feats when you have no idea how powerful he is.

There was no fight between HE and Apoc. He blasted him three times (and none of them hit), then tried to escape. That's a skirmish, not a fight. HE can't fight "to the best of his abilities" when he's stuck in space and then decides to back out of it. It's a demonstration of shape-shifting and agility on Apoc's part.
It was open, but there was little destruction to justify it. Usually it rips up a good part of the environment since his scream is not the same as a concussion beam. Chalk it up to unrepresentative artwork, I'll give you that. A good durability feat.
I know Ikaris is slower, less durable, and physically weaker than Superman. Prove otherwise, you have scans. Or just name feats.
You can't "tank" a energy beam that sends you into a future of steadily worsening lives. Or incinerates you completely.

Whatever he did in those fights, impressive or not, to counteract whatever the opponent did, impressive or not, would be the actual feats. For an analogous situation occasionally someone will write "Hulk fights Thor." or "Hulk fights Silver Surfer." as if that were a feat.
