Darkseid is just too powerful. At full power Apoc is IMO more than a match for any high herald but that is still tiers below DS. He needs an amp like the power of the twelve to get there.

Supes only wins against DS because of his PosterboIpowerS.

How is he stronger than a guy that at regular size can easily restrain a class 100? And keep in mind that Apoc can grow to be 100s of feet tall.
