I just might.I wanted to see if anyone else had this problem, I've been eat olive oil and bread on occasion, and I get sick for hours afterwards.
The bread is not expired and the olive oil isn't a cheap brand. Why is this?
Do this.
Eat just the bread, wait and see.
East just olive oil, wait and see.
You may have an allergy to wheat, I would guess.

Not in the short term, wheat is carb-heavy, so if you're trying to lose fat, this will help. But bread is one of man's greatest inventions, can't imagine not eating it again.
That is true, someone I know found out they were allergic to gluten and they lost a shitload of weight in a really short amount of time.

Of course it is, I said it. You can lose a lot of weight fast by using a diet normally considered 'unsafe' by eating lots of meats, eggs, fats and leafy greens. Avoiding breads, dairy and sweets.
Try it for 2 weeks, have steaks, chickens, bacon etc, mix it in with leafy greens (use a simple dressing though, oil and vinegar), so your ******* wont fall out. Bet you lose 15-20 pounds, easy.

lol actually that diet isn't that bad for you. Everyone says that lowering your carb intake is bad, but that's incorrect.
Well, I've decided that right now, the gym is too far away, so I've found a regimine of purely pullups and body exercises if anyone's interested. Only in a few days I feel my strength coming back to me (as I was really sick for a few weeks).

Nice. Well I was super proud of myself. Yesterday I ate very well.
Parfait for breakfast
Greek Salad for lunch
Steak and poatoes (my boyfriend grilled) for dinner
I did have a pack of poptarts, unfrosted, as a snack because that's all I could find at the shop yesterday. Went to the store last night and bought some healthier snacks though.
Today for dinner I'm cooking healthy spaghetti.
And I've been off all pop and pop products since 8 PM sunday night woot
