whats your weight now? and please convert it to american style
Kilos to pounds/lbs

My problem is finding something to eat in the mornings, because I don't have time to cook in the mornings, and I'm lactose intolerant so cereal is also out (yes I know they make lactaid, but it upsets my stomach aswell)

Have you taken my regimen yet.

MMA/kickboxing/boxing/BJJ atleast 2 hours a day?

I use to take Taekwondo and Kickboxing, but a knee injury has made me have to retire.

crap... i would talk to you more if you didnt retire from martial arts. anyway why break your leg? forgot to check the leg kick?

No, an ******* side-kicked me in my knee

Quick update.

Haven't lost weight.

Well, don't give up. When you're ready to, you'll do it.

I just started diet today. Feeling pretty good. I need to find some healthy snacks though.

well, I haven't given up completely, though at the moment I am more in the usual, live life how I always do, but I'm surely going to start losing weight next week stage

Yeah it's always so easy to say "I'll start tomorrow." But I guess I just figured that if I didn't just go ahead and start, tomorrow would never come

Handful of raw nuts, like almonds and/or walnuts is a good for a small breakfast. Has protein and fiber.

Mix in some dried fruit; you're golden.

Ugh, you're one of those people who are allergic to everything.

How about a banana? Can you eat that?

Easy, girl, easy.

Then have a [large] banana for breakfast. Overall low on calories but energy-rich enough to get you to lunch.

Can you have sunflower seeds? Another healthy snack. Though watch the sodium.

What I do, I buy one packet salted and one packet unsalted, then mix then together, so I'm only getting 1/2 the sodium per serving.
