"Now, here is how it works," explains Nebb. "I myself will monitor all you say and do, and if I think you are doing or saying something that breeches the strict laws on Republican activity in the Tartaran zone then I shall advise you to stop. I shall also record all that is said and done for review by the Committee. You must confine all your activities and questions to those pertinent to YOUR investigation and nothing else. I myself shall explain the situation to people you wish to interviee in advance so all Tartaran citizens know that their rights are not being interfered with. Is that clear with you gentlemen?"
The red field slides back, and you are ready to enter...
...
...Geez, Tartarus is a DUMP! This whole place is like a gloomy drizzly city, with continuous atmosphere processing making the air breathable but stale and horrid. People shuffle around, not looking anyone in the eye. Other than that, the settlement is about the size of a small town, with everything you would expect to find in such a town.
Hmm... you are sensing a lot of apprehension and nervousness around... nothing specific that might help you, though.
Sigh... hard to see, is the Dark Side...

Aw, crap, Xeth, your day is getting no better. A fearsome-looking Arnian reptile has just hounded opver to the fray and HE carries an ignited lightsabre too! He smiles evilly at you.
"Don't hog ALL the Jedi..." says the reptillian to the other.
"Well, Jedi?" says the one in the armour. But they seem curiously reticent to attack.

As in for you as characters or player, yerss? For you as players it is not necessary; just tell me the sort of place you want to go and you can go there. As charatcers you can find your way from a to b easily enough.
Persis? Big, strong, muscley blonde. Not too bright. In his partnership with Majora, she was the brains, but Mah sutck a sabre through her. Meany.
Nebb has a problem for your plans.
"I am afraid it is nor practical, Master Jedi, for you to split up. I must vet and record all your actions and I cannot be in several places at once!"
Bars here are plentiful and gloomy; like Nar Shadda but with less slugs. Mostly Grans, Rodians and humans around here. What you feel immediately is the big wave of suspicion radiating from people's minds.
"What do we plan to do here?" asks Nebb.
